InterviewStats ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Short version: Raw audio never leaves your device. Only the text transcript is sent for AI analysis. All API keys are held server-side — you never enter them. Your reports are protected by Row Level Security and are accessible only by you.
Your transcript text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to generate your feedback report. It is not used to train AI models. If you upload a resume, its extracted text is sent alongside the transcript only for sessions where you enable resume analysis. Reports are stored in your personal database and are accessible only by you.
Reports and transcripts are stored until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual reports from your dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact us at [email protected].
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. All API keys are stored as encrypted server-side secrets, never exposed to the client. Row Level Security (RLS) is enforced at the database level — no user can ever read another user's data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
